Originally Ramen is a culture imported from China.It started with a unique evolution in Japan.Ramen now plays an imortant role in talking about Japanese food culture.
There are several ramen that came from China and have evolved uniquely in Japan.Soy sauce Ramen, Shio Ramen, Miso Ramen and Pork bone Ramen are typical examples.In addition, new items such as chilled Chinese noodles, tantan noodles, Iekei Ramen, and Jiro ramen are being created one after another. There are so many types of ramen in Japan that you can't figure it out.
I love Jiro ramen, Iekei ramen, and Pork born Ramen.
While the number of ramen is increasing day and night, it also has a negative effect on Japanese food culture. In my opinion, Ramen is sure to be profitable and easy to get started. Therefore, a large number of ramen shops are flooding the city. There are ramenshops and fast food, but few slow food shops.
Ramen is very delicious, but it has a high salt content and high calories. Therefore, the nutritional value tends to be biased and it is bad for health. That's why I'm looking for a restaurant where i can eat plenty of vegetables, but I can hardly find it. While ramen makes a great contributtion to Japanese food culture, it has driven out nutritious reastrants.
Sometimes I want to enjoy traditional Japanese food with grilled fish set meal with miso soup with plenty of vegetables.
